Retainer boss

At Castilla Orthodontics in Salem Oregon, we know how hard you have worked on your journey towards a beautiful smile. Your amazing smile can last a lifetime if properly cared for, which is why we created our Retainer Boss program.

Retainers can wear out or break over time, and we want to make sure that you experience as little down time as possible. We also want to make sure that your retainers are fitting properly, and that you’re using them correctly. Retainer Boss allows for our team to make sure that your retainers are fitting properly, and to quickly get you some help if you are having any issues.

Instructions Submission Form

  • Follow these instructions to take the necessary photos to have a virtual evaluation by Dr. Castilla.

    – Wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds.

    – Find a well-lit room in your house. One with a lot of natural light is best where the light is facing you.

    – Place the cheek retractor with connecting loop towards your chin and not your nose. You can also use two spoons to retract your cheeks. For instructions on how to use a spoon, visit castillaortho.com/virtual-invisalign-braces-consultation/

    – Take the following 5 photos with your phone or camera. Make sure the flash is turned on. If you see a shadow over your teeth or if they are out of focus, please take them again. You may need to recruit a friend to help you.

    – Use the form below, text the 6 photos 503-399-0721 or Email along with your name, date of birth, and elastics info.

    Once the photos are received, one of our clinicians will be reaching out to you within 48 hours to discuss Dr. Castilla’s recommendations and answer any questions you may have about your aligner treatment.
