We accept most major orthodontic insurances and will do all the filing for you to make sure your benefits are maximized. We are an in-network provider with Moda and Delta Dental insurance, and also work with Cigna, Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Met Life, Guardian, Principal, Kaiser Permanente PPO, United Concordia, and Ameritas.
