Get Started
- Wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds.
- Find a well-lit room in your house. One with a lot of natural light is best where the light is facing you.
- Place the cheek retractor with a connecting loop toward your chin and not your nose. You can also use two spoons to retract your cheeks.
- Take the following photos with your phone or camera. Make sure the flash is turned on. If you see a shadow over your teeth or if they are out of focus, please take them again. You may need to recruit a friend to help you.
